NNTP Proxys and hacked security software

Be sure to use a proxy tunnel if you decide to use Usenet NNTP network for downloading illegal material and it goes without saying if your accessing the hacker groups. You don't want anybody on the network identifying your IP address even if you have a dynamic IP it may be to late.

Some Usenet providers will provide proxy tunnels for your multi thread downloads. Of course there is a premium for this service. Often users of the p03n groups will use proxy's to avoid their ISP detecting what they are downloading. There is also other groups where it would be advisable not to connect to unless your protected with proxys. But Hiding your IP through a proxy might not be enough. There are back-door programs that will communicate your new IP as soon as its changed. You need to ensure that all of your security software is up to date. Especially if your downloading files from unknown groups.

Regulars of certain groups will know to stay well away from posts made by certain users. A good idea would be to check out previous posts and use your common sense if it sounds to good to be true it usually is.

Some people will refuse to buy security software and use the hacked or nulled versions packed up and shared on the binaries DON'T these programs have often been re-engineered to include viruses or key loggers the security software itself will not detect the hack.  If you download and use nulled or cracked security software you are putting yourself at even more risk than not using it. It would be pointless paying a premium for proxy tunnels only to skip on your security software.

Be on alert when using Usenet there are a lot of cracked software titles out there but there are also lots of bad ones. Don't take a chance with security software often the big Hackers will target these as they know people will refuse to shell out every year.
